A couple of months ago, a friend of mine shared his business model with a small group of people. He let them all know he has been able to work at home for himself, without an office, a staff, or any outsourced employees either.
Before you ask, yes…it really is true.
I don’t know many people who have managed to pull it off, but Gary Ambrose has it mastered.

- He has to be able to spend at least five full weeks of “computer free” vacation time a year.
It’s taken him almost 13 years to figure it all out and to put all the pieces together…and he’s willing to admit that he’s made some mistakes along the way…but now it just plain works.
