There is no exact statistic that I can point to, but if I had to guess, I would say that more than 95% of people involved in PLR (Private Label Rights) are BUYERS instead of SELLERS.

They buy PLR with every intention of using it to make money, and maybe they do use it…but they aren’t selling it.
