A little over a week ago, I posted about Blog World Expo, and their low ticket prices.
I was happily surprised to see that you could attend all 3 days of the conference for just $147 if you purchased your tickets by the end of the day, February 22nd. Even if you didn’t get the tickets by the end of the day, it only goes up to $197.
So, I just purchased my ticket.
Why? Look what you get for the low price:
- Access to the conference sessions all 3 days (except for the Social Media Business Summit, which is separate.)
- Access to the keynote sessions.
- Access to the exhibits during open hours on Wednesday and Thursday.
- Access to the official evening parties & mixers and networking receptions on the exhibit floor.
Isn’t that incredible?
As I’m sure you’ve seen, being able to to go a conference that’s 3 days long and has a ton of sessions would normally cost you a lot more. Usually you’d have to spend around a thousand dollars, if not more. So it was a simple decision to decide to buy the ticket.
I took a look at the sessions that were offered last year, and I can’t tell you how many there were that I would have wanted to attend. Actually, there were so many that I decided to buy the Virtual Ticket (an additional $47), since that would allow me to watch the sessions online. I figure that way I won’t miss anything.
On top of that, you’ll also get free access to the BEA (Book Expo America) show as well, which will also be going on at the Javits Convention Center at the same time.
So if you’re a blogger, I really suggest you join me at the Blog World Expo. I’m sure we’ll all learn a lot!
